Jim Bronson (left) has been an apartment manager for over twenty years.  He oversees the daily activities of the apartment staff and ensures that everything is running smoothly and happily.  Because of his dedication, Mr. Bronson has been awarded the "Apartment Manager of the Year" award by the local AM association.  Congratulations, Mr. Bronson!  When he isn't managing Acme Apartments, Jim can be found building model bridges out of tongue depressors and seeing how much stress they can take.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Elliot Gould (right) was the engineer that built the Sears Towers, among other projects.  Now he keeps Acme Apartments running smoothly and intelligently.  Without Mr. Gould, the whole place would fall down!  He's always on the job, fixing sinks, pipes, walls, floors, you name it!  Everyone likes Mr. Gould and thinks he is their friend.  And he often us!
